2. Recruit and Select Outbound Students
- Identify and recruit local students interested in participating in the exchange program.

- Ensure selected students meet district and Rotary International guidelines.
3. Support Inbound Exchange Students
- Welcome and support students arriving from other countries.

7. Support Students During the Exchange
- Act as a point of contact for both inbound and outbound students throughout their exchange.

8. Collaborate with District Youth Exchange Committee
