I hope everyone had a chance to check out the Waseca County Fair this past weekend. It sure was beautiful summer weather to enjoy it. I know my family loved it!
This week we will be discussing our Club’s By-Laws and Constitution. I would encourage everyone to make sure they read over them and come with any questions or concerns. This will be our time to finalize things, and vote.
Rotary usually sponsors a Waterpark night, the Thursday after the fair. Unfortunately we will have to find another date that works for them. We will get back to you on a new date for that event. So watch your emails to stay informed.
Also a HUGE THANK YOU to Amy Potter for her AWESOME year as Club President! Her vision and passion for this club and our community shines from within her.
Thank you Amy, I am so blessed and honored to have had this year with you. Your stamp on this community will be evermore present once our Wellness Walk is in full bloom. Thanks for voicing your vision and helping it become a reality. As I'm writing this email, I'm reminded that we never announced our award of $8,480 from the District Grant we applied for. I'm not quite sure on numbers but i believe we are over half way to our GOAL for the Wellness Walk.
Thank you and I look forward to seeing quite a few faces again. It’s been a while since we’ve all been together for a normal meeting!
Traditional Meetings are on the First and Third Thursdays at 12:00 Noon.
Committee Meetings are on the Second Thursday.
Club Socials are on the Fourth Thursday of Month @ 5:01 PM (locations do rotate)
