It was a pleasure to hear from Jasmin Kotek, our Miss Waseca County Sleigh and Cutter, at our past meeting. She is such an incredible human. I ordered each of her children’s books for my nephew’s first birthday gift! It’s a blessing to be able to support her cause in a simple way.
Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet many people struggle silently every day. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness, support, or simply checking in on someone can make a bigger difference than we realize. As Rotarians and community members, we have the opportunity to create connections and support systems that remind people they are not alone.
The Rotary Four-Way Test is a guide Rotarians use for ethical decision-making. It asks:
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
It’s one of the most recognized principles of Rotary International and is often used as a reminder to lead with integrity, kindness, and service.
