I try not to write about myself in this part of the newsletter, which is a struggle because I am my favorite topic to talk about. This time of year is when I really go into hibernation, I am thinking about getting a quick nap in before I go to bed. I barely want to leave the house to go to work and I sit looking at the calendar waiting for March Madness to get here. But this year, I am going to take a few days for myself and get out of my house to do whatever the heck I want. I just finished up my Associates Degree and will have a few weeks break until I start my Bachelor's program. So I'm just heading up to St. Paul for a few days to take in some restaurants I've been wanting to visit and a few places of interest that have been on my list for too long. I'm treating myself! Steven asked me if he was invited and my response was, "Sure you can come, but you have no say or comment on the following things, the temperature of the hotel room, the volume of the tv, what's on the tv, how late the tv is on, when we eat, where we eat, how much is eaten, how often we eat, how long we stay at any one place, the traffic, the people, the atmosphere, the weather, how much time I spend on TikTok, oh and if I hear you snore you have to get your own room." So yeah, he's staying home. Some things are just for Ann. Take time for yourself, you actually do deserve it.
